Ru Titley Heinnie® RT Cyflect

Created for Heinnie® by that master of innovative knife and EDC design, Ru Titley these velcro backed ‘Glint &Glow’ kit markers will make your kit stand out from the crowd even in the dark.

Made from Cyalume’s ‘Cyflect’ material they can be attached to any loop Velcro panel on jackets and packs/ pouch’s etc . They were originally designed for members of a UK Search &Rescue team to aid in locating their personal kit and their team mates in low and no light conditions and have proved very popular with SAR team members around the world as well as first responder’s, LEO’S and outdoor adventurers and anyone who needs to be seen and be safe when out in the elements.

The Cyflect material was designated for use by US military forces apparently as a battlefield indicator to help locate friendly forces and try to eliminate ‘blue on blue’ conditions. It’s unique in the way that it both glows when charged from high lumen’s and also glints back any light source that’s hits its retro reflective layer .

They are sold in pairs and available in two sizes; small, 2.5cm diameter or X large, 3.2cm. Each pair comes with 4 removable ‘Moonglow ‘ micro dots which can be placed underneath the main marker to shine out from the eyelet hole .
